Almost the longest day. 17 hours of sunshine. It's overcast, raining and windy. No better time to put out the moth trap. The light will be on from 10.30pm to 4.30am. Wonder what it will bring?
Tomorrow is the North Down Coast Challenge, 61 miles cycling around the Ards Peninsular. This will be my 3rd time. It's always good to see over 700 bikes out with people of all sizes and shaped taking part.
My training has been hit and miss this year with a couple of big gaps, but I don't expect this cycle to be a problem. My fastest time around is 3 hours 30 minutes. Don't think I will beat that, but you never know....
